At Digxborder US Limited, we are committed to delivering your premium sports equipment and apparel with efficiency and care. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and ship orders from our facility to your location.
Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Order Verification: For security purposes, certain orders may undergo additional verification, which could extend processing by up to 1–2 business days. We will notify you if this applies to your order.
- Order Modifications: Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order. Changes can only be made before your order enters the fulfillment stage.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Shipping availability will be displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $35. Delivery within 5–12 business days.
- Express Shipping: $7.99. Delivery within 3–7 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier logistics.
International Shipping
We ship to multiple countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination:
- Standard International: 12–30 business days after shipment.
- Express International: 7–15 business days after shipment (available in select countries).
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in the product or shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s delivery status.
Delivery & Responsibility
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for loss or theft.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, reshipping fees will apply.
Shipping Issues
- Lost Packages: If tracking shows no movement for more than 12 business days, please contact us.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
